Delete Your Account and Data

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data and account associated with the Voyager Map mobile application, please follow the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Voyager Map account:

Email: [email protected]

Please use a subject line such as Account deletion request and include any additional information if required to identify your account.

What happens after the request?

• We verify the request based on the email address and, where necessary, additional information.
• Personal data associated with your account will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized where technically or legally required.
• Once the deletion process has been completed, it cannot be undone.

If you signed in using Facebook, Google, or Apple, only the data stored by Voyager Map will be affected. Voyager Map is not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party authentication providers. You may need to revoke access separately in your social account settings.

How long does deletion take?

Deletion requests are processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days after successful verification of the request.

Additional verification

In certain cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

Legal retention

Certain data may be retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes (for example, billing records) for the period required by applicable law. Such data will be deleted after the mandatory retention period expires.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
